Epiq Counsel Client is Seeking a Senior Trademark Paralegal (Global Portfolio | In-House)

Epiq Counsel is actively seeking a Senior Trademark Paralegal with in-house experience to support a leading global pharmaceutical company.
This long-term, Indianapolis-based hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work with a high-performing in-house IP legal team.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end trademark lifecycle management including: clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Trademark searching and clearance analysis for new brands.
• Global prosecution and portfolio management, organized by product.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders and global outside counsel.
• Oversight of deadlines, filings, and trademark data across systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of trademark paralegal experience, with emphasis on in-house environments. Experience working directly in-house (not solely at a law firm) is required.
• Demonstrated experience handling global trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Strong experience with trademark searching and clearance.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end trademark workflows independently.
• Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, including three days onsite at the Indianapolis office.
• Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.

Nice to Have:

• Pharma/life sciences industry experience.
• Exposure to tools such as Corsearch or Sagis.
• Experience with Anaqua.
