Join us May 13-15, for our Fourth Annual Patent Litigation program, a part of the IPWatchdog Masters™ series, at the IPWatchdog Studios – located at 20098 Ashbrook Place, Suite 100, Ashburn, VA 20147.
This high-level, interactive, limited enrollment program will be held in person at IPWatchdog Studios, minutes from Dulles International Airport. We will focus on patent litigation in the United States and around the world, exploring patent litigation in the most active federal district courts in the United States, patent litigation at the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and patent litigation in both Brazil and Germany. We will also discuss appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Substantive topics will include, working with experts, strategies for dealing with nuisance lawsuits brought by patent trolls, SEP litigation and much more.
***We apply for CLE for many of the panels on our in-person programs. One of the major benefits of attending the program, is that CLE is ONLY given to those who attend our programs live, and in-person. No CLE will be granted during any video replays we do for our Masters programs.
