Techson IP Announces its Limestone|Report Partnership Program for Patent Funders, Buyers, IP Counsel, Brokers, and Transaction Intermediaries

Program will expedite patent portfolio due diligence and lead to faster transactions; Techson welcomes IP transaction leaders Adapt IP, ASE Monetization, Tangible IP, Cherry Johnson Siegmund James PC & Verlander LLP to the program

Austin, Texas: Techson IP advances its GenAI patent monetization leadership with the launch of its Limestone|Report Partnership Program for Funders, Buyer, Counsel, Brokers and IP Transaction Intermediaries. The program is designed to reduce friction in patent transactions by offering qualified partners the ability to quickly review prospective patent portfolios using Limestone|Report’s Enforceability, Infringement, and Economic results.

Prospective buyers and investors further benefit because, for the first time in patent due diligence, our reports give funders, corporate sellers, and acquisition teams a shared, data-driven language to articulate common sense value and risk profiles.

“Limestone|Report is becoming the de facto standard for fast and accurate reviews of portfolios of all sizes”, says Tom Hochstatter, President & co-founder of Techson IP. “Since launching Limestone, we’ve analyzed 75,000 patents, generated 280,000 claim charts, and calculated billions in revenue-at-risk for discerning clients.”

Limestone|Report slashes laborious patent underwriting from months to minutes, ending deal-killing delays while flagging winners and losers in portfolios.

“Using Limestone has dramatically reduced the time and money it takes to review acquisitions. With significantly less up-front risk, we can be more responsive to sellers while providing our experts the guidance that accelerates their analysis.  This is game-changing data for us” comments Aaric Eisenstein, Founder & Managing Member, ASE Monetization.

Partners will benefit from two primary program features: 1) processing their prospective portfolios on a contingency fee basis that requires payment for their Limestone|Report only upon a funding or transactional event, or 2) receiving a substantial discount off the current rate card with no further obligation. In exchange, partners agree to use and distribute the Limestone|Report results with the market on both sides of their transactions. One added benefit to our Partners: we offer a referral fee option for sending opportunities directly to Techson for fulfillment.

In addition to Adapt IP, ASE Monetization, Tangible IP, Cherry Johnson Siegmund James PC, and Verlander LLP signing, we’ll be announcing a host of new global partners in the coming weeks. The Limestone|Report Partnership Program is open to any global patent industry participant that meets the basic program requirements and obligations.
