Marie MacNichol LLC

Marie MacNichol is a Mediator and Intellectual Property Attorney with more than 25 years of industry experience in resolving patent, licensing and contract disputes and litigations. Marie founded her mediation practice to help parties in conflict by providing neutral and impartial conflict resolution services that promote understanding of all issues in a respectful and non-coercive environment.

Marie has trained with the Center of Understanding in Conflict in the United States, and with Jacqueline Morineau, the Founder of Humanistic Mediation, in France. In addition to her own practice Marie volunteers as a mediator with the San Francisco Community Boards and Martha’s Vineyard Mediation Program.

Admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania and a Registered Patent Attorney Marie’s mission is to facilitate conflict resolution by assisting parties through a neutral and impartial mediation process that promotes confidentiality and self-determination.  Her vision is to foster successful resolutions for all parties involved in conflicts.
