Michael T. Neely is CEO of Global Music Conference and publisher of XS10 Magazine. He works on AI policy for music creators, focusing on voice and likeness rights, consent and streaming fraud. He has submitted public comments to the U.S. Copyright Office, the FTC and the Colorado Attorney General, and presented a case study on AI voice cloning to the UN Internet Governance Forum’s Policy Network on AI working group.
