Sometimes it is important to know what is going on behind the scenes. This was the genesis of the Patent Masters Symposium.
While there are any number of conferences one can attend, there are few (if any) that offer an intimate setting where interested, thoughtful professionals can engage industry thought leaders in a wide-ranging discussion in a safe, friendly and collegial atmosphere. Patent Masters was created to fill this need.
Patent Masters is designed to be a high-level symposium for attorneys and professionals interested in an in-depth exploration of topical legal issues facing those that prosecute, litigate, license and monetize patents. Discussions will be led by some of the top thought leaders in the industry and will cover what is happening in the Courts, on Capitol Hill, and at the USPTO.
Sessions will take place in a round-table setting and are designed to be highly interactive and offer ample time to speak and interact with faculty and other participants. Enrollment will be limited to a maximum of 14 individuals in order to encourage dialogue and to ensure a meaningful opportunity for participation.
Perhaps most importantly, we will follow Chatham House Rules. This means that anyone who attends is free to use information from the discussion, but may not reveal the source of the information. Chatham House Rules allow for the free use of information obtained without attribution and is intended to facilitate the free and frank exchange of ideas between speakers and participants while maintaining confidentiality.
