Studebaker Brackett PLLC is Seeking a Patent Attorney (Electrical Engineering / Physics Background)

Studebaker Brackett PLLC (SB) is looking for a motivated, experienced, and highly skilled patent attorney or agent to join its team on a full-time or part-time exclusive basis.

Duties Include:

Primarily prosecuting patent applications for leading technology companies and preparing patent applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
• At least 5 recent years of patent prosecution/preparation experience
• Patent prosecution experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: semiconductors, AI/ML, electrical systems/circuitry, robotics, displays, sensors, optics, wireless communication systems, automotive technology, specialized software, biometrics, or medical systems
• Require limited training/review, yet enjoy learning and adapting
• Excellent writing skills
• Creative solutions-driven approach
• Highly developed communication skills
• Well organized and very responsive
• Personal docket/workflow management skills
• A consistently positive attitude
• Value teamwork

Job Location:

Remote/work from home and/or on-site in Tysons, VA.
