Peter Lambrianakos

Peter Lambrianakos is a Partner with Fabricant Rubino & Lambrianakos LLP, and a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on patent infringement litigation in federal courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. Peter’s patent infringement experience includes litigating cases involving a wide range of technologies and products, such as semiconductors, smartphones, software, acoustics, mobile payments, LED displays, and wireless communications. He has participated in all aspects of litigation from pre-filing diligence through appeal, including district court trials, oral hearings in the PTAB, and appeals before the Federal Circuit. Peter has also represented patent owners and petitioners in over 250 inter partes review and covered business method review proceedings in the PTAB. He has assisted his clients in obtaining litigation funding for patent infringement cases and PTAB proceedings.
