Nicole (“Nicki”) Glauser is a Partner of Kramer, LLP. She is a board-certified trial attorney who represents patent owners in high-stakes enforcement matters, with matters involving aggregate claimed damages exceeding one billion dollars. She is trusted by clients and litigation funders to lead complex enforcement strategies from inception through trial, translating complex technologies into compelling presentations for juries and judges.
Nicki serves as lead trial counsel with experience in all phases of litigation in district courts nationwide and in the Federal Circuit. Her trial record includes three patent cases tried to conclusion in major venues, including the Eastern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, and Northern District of California, and three Federal Circuit oral arguments. She has extensive experience working with litigation funding partners on strategic patent enforcement campaigns against Fortune 100 technology companies.
She has represented inventors, universities, and technology companies across a wide range of technologies, including wireless communications, internet platforms, semiconductors, multimedia systems, gaming devices, renewable energy, and biotechnology.
Nicki is consistently recognized among the top lawyers in her field. She was the eighth attorney nationwide and the first Austin-based attorney to earn Board Certification in Patent Litigation by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), an honor held by approximately three percent of U.S. lawyers. She has been named a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2015, and for many years has been named a Texas Top Women Attorney.
After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Nicki clerked for the Honorable David M. Ebel on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, practiced at Vinson & Elkins LLP, and was a partner at DiNovo Price LLP before joining Kramer LLP.
