Katarzyna “Kasia” Kryca

Katarzyna (Kasia) Kryca is the Senior Vice President of IPWatchdog, where she has been instrumental in building and scaling webinars, events, and internal operations for the company. Since joining in 2020 and advancing to Vice President of Operations in 2023, she has taken on an increasingly broad leadership role across the company, helping to drive execution, coordination, and overall organizational effectiveness.

She was born and raised in Tychy, Poland.  She studied at the Academy of Economics in Katowice, achieving her B.Sc. in management and marketing.  In her first job out of college, Kasia worked as a Managing Director’s Executive Assistant and a Senior Operations Manager for a trading company in Tychy.

Prior to joining the IPWatchdog team, Kasia spent 12 years as the administrative and financial manager of an international development consulting firm based in Reston.  She has lived in Italy, Armenia, and Croatia, and moved permanently to the USA in 2006.  Kasia lives in Reston with her husband, son, Colin and her dog, Moby.
