Justin Crotty

Justin Crotty is the Chief Executive officer at Anaqua. Justin became CEO of Anaqua in 2025. He joined Anaqua in 2016 as CFO and was appointed COO in 2018. As CEO, Justin makes strategic decisions and drives the company’s strategic plans and execution. He serves on Anaqua’s Board of Directors alongside Nordic Capital and acts as an executive sponsor for clients and prospects. Additionally, Justin is a board member at Copyright Clearance Center.

Before Anaqua, Justin was a partner at Oliver Wyman, advising on growth and M&A initiatives. His prior experience spans private equity, investment banking, software development, and corporate development across the US, Europe, and Asia.
