Constantine Linnik, Ph.D., JD

Constantine Linnik is the Founder and Managing Partner of IP Supra, PLLC, of Cambridge, MA, where he counsels pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients locally and around the world, advising them on IP strategy, building and leveraging patent portfolios, competitive analysis, product design and development, licensing and negotiations, due diligence and IP audits, and patent enforcement and litigation. With over 20 years of experience, Constantine previously held IP management positions with Genevan Sciences as General Counsel, and Pfizer where he served as Lead Counsel for the Oligonucleotide Therapeutics Unit. He also has a long-standing record at several law firms: Finnegan; Cooley; and Nutter. For the past 14 years, he has served with the Boston Patent Law Association, holding co-chair positions on the group’s biotechnology, patent law, and licensing committees.
