Christian Bauer

Christian M. Bauer is a Fractional In-House IP Counsel who currently serves as a consultant to several biotech companies, and he is also President and Co-Owner of Reading United A.C., a pre-professional soccer club.

Christian previously served as VP and Head of Intellectual Property at Pretzel Therapeutics.  His extensive legal career also includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel at Bristol Myers Squibb and various positions at Celgene and Shire Pharmaceuticals.

He holds a J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, a Master’s in Forensic Science from Marshall University, and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Gettysburg College.
