Bennett David is Senior Intellectual Property Counsel with Ohmium International, where he leads global intellectual property strategy supporting the company’s hydrogen electrolyzer technology and broader clean energy innovation initiatives. In this role, he oversees the development and management of an international patent portfolio, works closely with engineering and R&D teams to identify and protect key technological advancements, and advises executive leadership on intellectual property risk, portfolio development, and commercialization strategy in rapidly evolving global energy markets.
Prior to joining Ohmium, Bennett practiced intellectual property law in private practice, where he advised technology companies and Fortune 500 organizations on patent strategy, portfolio development, and intellectual property protection across a range of emerging and complex technologies.
With over a decade of experience working with innovation-driven organizations, Bennett focuses on aligning intellectual property strategy with business objectives to help companies build defensible innovation ecosystems and accelerate technology commercialization. Bennett holds a Juris Doctor and MBA (dual-degree program) from Suffolk University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University.
