This program combines several of our previous programs including Patent Litigation Masters™ and Patent Prosecution and Portfolio Management Masters™ into one. During this high-level, interactive, limited enrollment program we will discuss the business, law, and patent prosecution realities associated with building, maintaining, licensing, and enforcing a patent portfolio. Because associated trade secrets and trade secret misappropriation have become an increasingly important adjunct to patent portfolio development and enforcement we will also have several panels that discuss development of a well-defined trade secret program and the benefits of enforcing trade secrets with—or instead of—patents.
