Aisha McKinney

Aisha McKinney is Co-Founder and Principal Attorney at Zova Law Firm. She is a business attorney and legal tech founder with more than a decade of in-house experience. She previously served as Head of Legal, Americas for the U.S. subsidiaries of GB Group PLC, including IDology, advising on SaaS agreements, data privacy, compliance and corporate governance.

Her experience includes seven-figure negotiations, post-merger integration, legal team development and contract workflow design. At Zova, she focuses on commercial transactions, regulatory advisement, IP protection and legal infrastructure for growing businesses.

Aisha earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is licensed in Georgia and Florida and based in Atlanta.
