Steve Harris

Steve is responsible for the design and development of Cipher. Previously Steve was CTO of Garlik, delivering their consumer anti-fraud products. Prior to that, Steve was an academic at the University of Southampton, specialising in Information Extraction, Graph Databases, and Analytics. Steve also advises the UK Government and European Commission on issues of information security and data science and contributed to Graph Database standards at the W3C.
