Shana Cyr is Executive Director and Head of Patent Litigation at Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines for patients. In this role, Shana leads the company’s global patent litigation strategy, overseeing enforcement and defense matters and advising on related policy, commercial, and regulatory issues. Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Shana was a partner at a global IP law firm where she advised pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on a broad array of intellectual property matters. Earlier in her career, Shana served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Noel L. Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
