As a Principal at Harness IP, Michael leverages more than three decades of experience counseling clients in a full range of intellectual property matters including patent prosecution, portfolio management and post-grant proceedings. He assists clients in patent matters across global jurisdictions with a particular focus on U.S. and European patent strategies for computer, electrical and mechanical technologies.
Michael has been recognized for his expertise by inclusion in the IAM Patent 1000 2024 and Best Lawyers awards by U.S. News & World Report for Patent Law and Intellectual Property Litigation. He has written and prosecuted thousands of patent applications in the United States and around the world.
Michael earned his Electrical Engineering degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) and his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law.
