Jason Harrier serves as AI Patent Counsel at Salesforce, focusing on using the latest AI technology to protect the next generation of AI innovations. He possesses deep technical expertise in AI and fintech and has led intellectual property teams at leading technology companies and financial institutions.

Previously, Jason was Plaid’s first dedicated IP counsel, where he built a tailored IP program and led the company’s AI legal initiatives. At Capital One, while serving as a portfolio manager and Chief Patent Counsel, his small but mighty team built the largest patent portfolio in financial services and quadrupled the active inventor community.
