Join us for the Third Annual Patent Litigation Masters™ 2023 program, a part of the IPWatchdog Masters™ series, at IPWatchdog Studios in Ashburn, VA.  This program will focus on patent litigation in the United States. We will explore litigation in the most active federal district courts in the country and appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We will also take a look at special issues of importance, including damages, patent eligibility, venue, injunctions and more. If it happens as a part of litigating patents in the U.S., we will cover it as a part of this program.
