Dr. David Lund
is a John Witherspoon Legal Fellow at the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property (CPIP) at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. His research focuses on the global impact of patent law on the innovation industries. He is also interested in the broader workings of the patent system and writes about these issues regularly for the CPIP blog and elsewhere. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University.
