Announcement of Book Publication – 5G and Beyond: Intellectual Property and Competition Policy in the Internet of Things

C-IP2 is pleased to announce the publication of 5G and Beyond: Intellectual Property and Competition Policy in the Internet of Things, co-edited by Professor Jonathan Barnett of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and Senior Scholar, Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy, and Professor Seán O’Connor of George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School and Faculty Advisor, Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy. The book comprises a collection of articles by distinguished contributors from academia, government, and industry on innovation, competition, and intellectual property law and policy in the global deployment of 5G wireless technologies in the Internet of Things. Contributors include two former Directors of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, a former Acting Chair and Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission, a former Commissioner of the International Trade Commission, and leading scholars and practitioners in law, economics, and business. The book is available in open-access digital format through Cambridge University Press and in digital and hardcover format through Cambridge University Press and other sites.
