We held our Fourth Annual Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) program, a part of the IPWatchdog Masters™ series, at IPWatchdog Studios –  on January 29-30, 2024. September 17-19, 2023

Our Third Annual IPWatchdog LIVE Conference, was hosted at the Hyatt Regency Dulles hotel in Virginia on September 17-19, 2023. This event brought together the intellectual property community—from politicos, to business executives, to attorneys, and inventors. With a focus on exception networking opportunities, and with A+ content covering all of the topics that IPWatchdog covers all year long. Our philosophy has always been that “content is King”, and that will show clearly at this truly one of a kind Conference. With A+ speakers and top level content we create a center of gravity to attract the IP community. During the program we awarded the third annual Paul Michel Awward to Brian O’Shaughnessy, and the first Annual Pauline Newman Award to Henry Hadad.  We also inducted The Honorable Pauline Newman into the IPWatchdog Masters Hall of Fame.

Our Fourth Annual IPWatchdog LIVE 2024 program will be held on September 29 through October 1, 2024 at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel, in Arlington, VA.

The First Annual Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Management Masters™ 2023 program, a part of the IPWatchdog Masters™ series, was held on June 20-21, 2023, at IPWatchdog Studios in Ashburn, VA.  We took an in-depth look at the topic through the lens of those issues that matter most for building and maintaining a portfolio, focusing on prosecution issues such as secondary considerations, enablement and written description, but we also discussed the business of building and keeping a portfolio, knowing what to keep versus what to give up, and how to incentivize and purse the right, business strategic innovations and not just any innovations.

The Third Annual Patent Litigation Masters™ 2023 program, a part of the IPWatchdog Masters™ series, was held on May 15-17, 2023 at IPWatchdog Studios in Ashburn, VA.  This program focused on patent litigation in the United States, and explored litigation in the most active federal district courts in the country and appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We also took a look at special issues of importance, including damages, patent eligibility, venue, injunctions and more. If it happens as a part of litigating patents in the U.S., we covered it as a part of this program.
