Invest in HER: “Speakers will discuss how to get funding for great ideas and the resources available to help start and sustain successful businesses.”

See no evil. Hear no evil. Speak no evil. So that’s it.

Given the apparent total lack of truthful, factual information and warning concerning the great risk of having your company-critical patents (and therefore potentially your entire company) wiped out by the PTAB, this program is woefully incomplete.

    Just ask Molly Metz.

The US Patent Office has no problem, no compunction, no shame awarding patents with one hand and taking them back with the other.

You’ve created an innovation-, company-, and jobs-destroying monster, Congress.

A monster that only you have the authority to kill.

    Use. That. Authority.
