The third part of this series of hearings on IP competition with China was rescheduled from its original date in September. The House subcommittee held two previous installments in March and April. In the last meeting, the Republican-led subcommittee emphasized policy choices by the Biden Administration that it believes gave Chinese companies increased access to U.S. technology.
