Carmichael IP, PLLC, is pleased to announce Dr. Nancy J. Linck has joined the firm. Nancy is the former Solicitor of the USPTO. She has defended the Board’s decisions at the Federal Circuit in more than one hundred cases. She was also an Administrative Patent Judge and co-author of the treatise Post-Grant Patent Practice. At Carmichael IP, Nancy will continue her focus on post-grant proceedings such as Inter Partes review.
