Elsa Nollet is an associate* in Tarter, Krinsky & Drogin’s Intellectual Property Practice.

Elsa assists the team in providing guidance on a range of intellectual property law issues including trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition. She is actively involved in all stages of disputes, including pre-suit counseling, litigation, appeals, settlement, and post-issuance proceedings.

Elsa has experience counseling clients on trademark clearance, prosecution and licensing. Additionally, she advises clients on protecting, optimizing, and defending their IP assets. Elsa drafts and negotiates complex IP/IT agreements and advises on cutting-edge legal issues that arise in connection with emerging technologies, including NFTs and blockchains.
