Ben Evans is the Head of Trade Marks at Harper James. He qualified as a solicitor in a boutique intellectual property practice in 2011 before joining top-50 firm Blake Morgan in 2012 where he stayed until joining Harper James in 2023. Ben is a dual-qualified solicitor and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (qualifying in 2016) and he assists clients with trade mark clearance searching, brand strategy and worldwide trade mark protection as well as dealing with a range of intellectual property disputes and litigation.
