Politics, Policy and Legislation at the Intersection of Intellectual Property
With the 2022 mid-terms less than two months away, it appears that 118th Congress could look quite different. Who are the players behind the scenes that are shaping intellectual property policy in the 117th Congress, and are they expected to remain in the 118th Congress? What issues will be front and center when Congress returns in January and really starts its Committee work in February 2023? Does anything have a chance to be enacted during the waning days of the 117th Congress? What regulatory reforms will the Patent Office likely pursue? Is there any hope for a much needed update to the Copyright Act?

To date the articles we have selected have always been sufficient to satisfy MCLE authorities.
