Capturing Innovation: The Role of IP Managers and In-House Counsel

With this increase in intangible assets valuation, companies and employees have become mindful of the need to extract value wherever possible. Still, for a variety of reasons the role of IP Manager can be difficult, with numerous different internal constituencies, expectations, and demands.
The panel will discuss the challenges IP Managers and in-house counsel face in today’s fast-moving technology world as they seek to facilitate R&D, support innovation, derive competitive intelligence, and identify opportunity.

2. Staying abreast of technology markets and a changing technology landscape,
3. How to augment and streamline R&D efforts, and
4. Ways to promote and encourage innovation among internal constituencies.
