This panel will be an off-the-record conversation about issues in-house counsel face with respect to patent litigation.
Panelists will discuss planning litigation including the different dynamics that play out vis-a-vis settlement and negotiations when a defendant is sued without warning.
Panelists will also discuss: (1) How they manage patent litigation; (2) How they select the trial attorneys; (3) How they oversee trial teams, including how involved they are with various aspects of the case; (4) How they manage costs; and (5) Communicating with the C-suite to keep management informed.
