CLE Information
IPWatchdog, Inc. is an accredited sponsor approved by the State Bars of Vermont and Virginia. In addition to these states, IPWatchdog has applied for CLE for our PTAB Masters™ 2026 program in California, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington. Many states may also give credit to attorneys who self report attendance for programs already accredited in Virginia including:
Arizona – Accepts VA CLE Credit
Colorado – Generally Accepts All VA CLE Credit
Connecticut – Generally Accepts All VA CLE Credit
Florida – Accepts All VA CLE Credit
Indiana – Accepts VA CLE Credit – for all courses where instructors are available for questions.
Iowa – Generally Accepts All VA CLE Credit
Kansas – Accepts All VA CLE Credit
New Hampshire – Accepts All VA CLE Credit
New Jersey – Accepts All VA with VA Certificate
New York – Accepts All VA CLE with all materials
North Carolina – Accepts All VA CLE
Oregon – Accepts VA CLE Credit – for all courses where instructors are available for questions.
Utah – Accepts VA CLE Credit – for all courses where instructors are available for questions.
Washington – Generally Accepts All VA CLE Credit
West Virginia – Generally Accepts All VA CLE – But attorney must apply on their own.
Wisconsin – Accepts VA CLE Credit – for all courses where instructors are available for questions.
The following states have also approved our programs when self submitted by attorneys who attended them: Nebraska, Nevada, and Oklahoma.
To qualify for CLE, attorneys will be asked to submit their bar registration information for each panel they have attended in order to receive a certificate of attendance. You can access those forms here:
