With complex trade routes and increasingly sophisticated and flexible criminal networks, dealing with organized infringers has become a complex problem for governments and businesses alike. This panel will discuss the sophistication of international counterfeit operations, distribution channels and tactics used by counterfeiters today, as well as the importance of working with governmental agencies and border authorities as a part of a robust and effective global enforcement strategy.
