The McCarthy Distinguished Lecture Series “The Future of Trade Secret Law”

The McCarthy Institute at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and the United States Patent and Trademark Office are co-hosting a special evening of IP lectures beginning at 4 p.m. on December 9, 2022, at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C.  Two lectures will be presented on the Future of Trade Secret Law in the United States.  The first lecture will be given by the winners of the 2022 McCarthy Scholarship Award best paper contest, Charles Tait Graves of Wilson Sonsini and Sonia Katyal, professor and co-director, Berkeley Center for Law & Technology at Berkeley Law.  The second lecture will be delivered by the Honorable Kent A. Jordan, United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Please see event details on the invitation below.

The McCarthy Institute was founded by J.
