Kyle J. Glover Named Pierce Atwood Partner

PORTLAND, MAINE – January 8, 2020 – Pierce Atwood LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Kyle J. Glover has become a partner in the firm.

Glover assists clients with a wide range of matters related to the negotiation of technology and intellectual property transactions, the prosecution and protection of trademarks, and compliance with data privacy and security requirements.

In addition, Glover works as a facilitator and has written and taught on the subjects of negotiation and conflict resolution. Glover is a member of the faculty of the Harvard Negotiation Institute, where he co-teaches a weeklong course on negotiation to midcareer professionals, and a past Lecturer on Law on negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Glover was law clerk to the Honorable Jon O. Newman, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and law clerk to the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Glover graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, received a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a BA in Anthropology.
