Peter Sullivan

Peter Sullivan is a registered patent attorney and Co-Chair of Foley Hoag‘s Patent Trial and Appeal Board Practice Group.  He is a seasoned intellectual property litigator with extensive experience before the PTAB, federal courts, and International Trade Commission. His practice spans breakthrough technologies in life sciences, particularly cancer therapeutics and pharmaceutical development, and  in other emerging technologies in computer science and energy technology. Peter has represented world-renowned research institutions and global companies in high-stakes patent disputes, post-grant proceedings, and trade secret matters.
