Nina Archie is a Program Manager at the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs supporting the small business policy programs portfolio and additional program management duties as a contractor. Ms. Archie has previous experience managing cohorts for early state ventures and small business tech companies to help solve DOD problems, transition technologies into government, and win defense contracts. Ms. Archie has held positions in the public and private sector in the focus area of business innovation. Ms. Archie is a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Archie is also a Small Business Innovation Research Reviewer at the National Science Foundation. Ms. Archie serves as a SXSW Advisory Board Member, serves as a Techstars Mentor, serves as an EIR for Project Enginuity, a National SBIR Accelerator. Ms. Archie is a consultant mentoring and advising founders, startups, and small businesses on transitioning technologies, non-dilutive government funding, small business programs, small business resources, and Intellectual Property resources. Ms. Archie holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Tennessee, Knoxville and Master’s of Science from Wright State University. Ms. Archie holds a Technology Transfer Certification. Ms. Archie is a candidate for the Master’s in Public Policy at George Mason University.
