Marcelo Corrêa is a Tech Leader in the Engineering and Designs Group at Daniel Law. He is a technical consultant specialist in telecommunications who started working in the field of Intellectual Property in 2010, accumulating various responsibilities in his role, such as drafting patent applications, utility models and industrial designs, preparing responses to objections and unfavorable opinions, as well as appeals to rejections. In addition, Marcelo is also responsible for preparing search reports and analyzing the patentability of inventions, as well as analyzing the infringement of inventions and providing technical assistance in IP litigation.
