Cecilia Vega is a partner with Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. Cecilia’s practice involves helping clients maximize the value of their intellectual property assets by providing insights and advice on commercial contracts, joint ventures, M&A transactions generally, and trademark/IP protection. With deep experience working as senior in-house IP and transactions counsel to both General Electric and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Cecilia has structured, prepared, and negotiated IP and technology aspects of major collaboration agreements, tech transfers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures across a range of technologies. She also has experience with the full range of issues presented by IT contracts, brand & trademark, software and open source matters.
