Amy Crouch

Amy is a Managing Associate of IP Litigation at Simmons & Simmons. She has gained experience working on contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent litigation in the life sciences sector based on her background in Biochemistry.

Her non-contentious work has included advising on clinical trial agreements in a number of jurisdictions.

Amy has an MSci degree in Biochemistry (First Class Honours) from Imperial College London. She joined Simmons & Simmons as a trainee solicitor in September 2009 and qualified into the Intellectual Property Department in September 2011.

During her training contract she spent time on secondment to the asset management arm of an international investment bank and to the firm’s Dubai office. Since qualifying she has also spent time on secondment to a major pharmaceutical company in London.
