Voice of IP is an outgrowth of the Clause 8 podcast and is the definitive guide about what’s important in the world of IP, with a particular focus on patent policy developments and the USPTO.  The goal of this newsletter is to stay in touch with Clause 8 listeners more frequently (but not too frequently!) and reach those that aren’t necessarily interested in regularly listening to podcasts about IP (yes, it’s hard to believe but there are people like that out there ;)).

By day, Eli help clients meet their business goals through his intricate knowledge of how the patent system operates and related trends. He is also sought out by clients for his insights on how to navigate and impact patent policy, including legislative developments and changes at the USPTO.
