The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Global Innovation Policy Center (GIPC) recently released its 10th annual International IP Index, which analyzes the IP framework in more than 50 of the leading global economies. The GIPC report scores economies across 50 unique indicators. Patrick Kilbride, Senior Vice President of the GIPC, will join Gene Quinn, President & CEO of IPWatchdog, Inc., and Tobias Wuttke, partner with Meissner Bolte, to discuss the international intellectual property framework.
