Eckert Seamans is seeking a Patent Agent/Attorney for its Pittsburgh, PA, office. The firm would also consider hiring the right candidate in any of its offices, or for remote work-from-home options.

Primary Duties:

This full-time, permanent position will work with and support patent attorneys with patent preparation and prosecution matters.

Qualifications Required:

• A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field of study
• A minimum of 5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• USPTO registration required
