Intellectual Property Litigator Evan Rothstein Joins Arnold & Porter in Denver

Evan RothsteinDENVER, March, 2018 Arnold & Porter announced that Evan Rothstein has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property practice, resident in the firm’s Denver office.

Mr. Rothstein represents individuals and companies in complex and high-stakes disputes and has significant first-chair trial experience.  He advises clients across a broad range of technologies and industries with specific emphasis on media, advertising, software and hardware, gaming, and e-commerce.  He regularly represents clients on contentious patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters in federal and state courts and before the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Rothstein has been recognized by Law Week Colorado as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” and the “2016 IP Litigator of the Year,” by the IAM Patent 1000 in 2017, and by Managing IP as an “Outstanding Litigator-Colorado” in 2018.

Mr. Rothstein earned his JD from the University of Colorado Law School, where he received the Seeman Scholarship, Rothgerber Fellowship, and was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law (nowColorado Technology Law Journal).  He received his BA from Emory University, with honors.
