Kacvinsky Daisak Bluni PLLC announces the arrival of experienced intellectual property lawyer Tim Wyckoff as partner based in Washington State, strengthening the firm’s national footprint on the West coast. KDB also announces the additions of associates Erin Martell and Trevor Bannister in its New Jersey office and in Pittsburgh, respectively.

With more than 15 years of experience in IP law, including several years as in-house counsel for a large German semiconductor company, Wyckoff joins KDB from SpryIP, LLC, which h e founded in 2009. His practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in electrical engineering, computer science and other technology applications, portfolio management and client counseling.

“Tim is a terrific addition to our team,” said Scott Bluni, KDB partner and Chief Operating Officer. “His experience aligns perfectly with our model of hiring experienced and specialized IP talent. Tim’s background and perspective as both a seasoned patent and in-house lawyer will serve our clients well on the West coast and beyond.”

For Wyckoff, the attraction to KDB was the firm’s efficient operating model as a national network of lawyers and the high caliber of KDB’s work for clients.
